Looking for an interior designer to help you with a new build? I will work directly with your architect and your builder/contractor to design a floor plan based on the way you want to enjoy your home. I will draw the documentation that your contractor/builder needs prior to construction. As a team, we will combine our skills and experience to deliver the outcome we all want – your perfect new home.
Worried about managing a home build project yourself? Don’t. I will manage the entire project, working directly with the superintendent on the job with site walks every week. I will work with you to select flooring, cabinetry, tile, plumbing, lighting, paint/wallpaper, appliances, and furniture.
Love the bones of your home or commercial space? Let’s look at what we’ve got to work with, what you’d like to achieve with a remodel, and then come up with a plan. Working in concert with your architect and contractor prior to demo or construction, we will strategize together for optimum project efficiencies.
I will have the existing home professionally measured so I can create an accurate demolition plan for what is being remodeled and draw up a new design based on your wants and needs for the space. I can provide overall project management, and work with you on the design details – flooring, cabinetry, tile, plumbing, lighting, paint/wallpaper, appliances, and furniture.
Are you looking to make better use of an entire home, a space, or even just a room? I will work with you, your architect…or both of you to review any existing architectural floor plans before new construction begins. Together we will nail down a final floor plan and design.
Architects are brilliant at what they do, but interior designers will catch details that many architects don’t consider. Will the floor outlets work with your optimal furniture layout? Does that window placement in the master bedroom work for where the bed will be? Working together at this stage of the process means your architect, designer, and builder are all on the same page before construction begins…which should help keep your project on schedule and on budget.
Bespoke furniture is eye catching, unique, by its very nature…one of a kind. If you have a custom piece in mind, we will work together to bring it to life.
Working in collaboration with the artisan, I will draw the pieces with dimensions and conceptualize images for your approval.
I will then work directly with the artisan, approving their drawings, and previewing the piece as it’s being constructed.
